1 How to ship you goods?
1). In general, small order will be shipped by air. There are many international couriers for your option, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and China SF. If you already have had an account with DHL, UPS or other couriers, you can advise us in advance and we can send the goods under your account.

2). Re bulk goods, ocean shipment is a better choice because of lower costs. But it will spend more days than by air. Therefore the shipping terms are subject to client's demand. In case of any documentation required by the forwarder, we are willing to assist him to make it as much as possible.

2 How long for lead time ?

Delivery time of sample order is 7-10 workdays after receiving the payment. Lead time for bulk order is 15-25 workdays after receiving the deposit.

3 Will custom inspect our goods before shipping out?
Whatever import or export, Custom can reserve the right to inspect the goods before shipping out. The inspection is random and occasional. They are very rare to happen. Even if both of sides don’t expect this inspection, once it happens, we have to deal with.
• For the goods inspected in our custom, if the price term is EXW, Jave wont afford the inspection charge.
• If our price term is FOB, you will not pay for this charge, Jave will take this bill unless the exceptions that inspection caused by customers reason such as logo , label or special package requirements. For example, some customers want us to identify famous brands on goods which we call replicas, once our custom inspect the replicas, they can reserve the right to detain. Any charge or loss caused by this situation, Jave won’t afford this loss. However Jave will endeavor to retrieve loss standing by customer.
• If the goods are inspected in your custom, Jave will not afford any charge or less from your custom. For further discussion, please contact our staff directly.

4 Will you send me a tracking number?
After we dispatch your goods, we will email you a tracking number or shipping details for your reference. You can track your packages at any time.

If you don't receive tracking number or shipping details from us, it probably means we have not sent out your order yet. Generally, your orders are inspected and packed within 1-2 days. If any special packages required additionally, please discuss with us in advance.
